Empowering Futures Through Vocational Training

PacWest P.A.V.E. - Partners

Our collaboration with trade unions like LiUNA plays a pivotal role in the success of our P.A.V.E. initiative. This partnership not only enhances the quality of our training programs but also provides participants with direct access to union resources, job placements, and ongoing support. By working together, we ensure that our graduates are well-equipped to enter the workforce and thrive in their chosen trades.

Laborers' International Union of North America

PacWest P.A.V.E. is proud to work with LiUNA as one of our primary program partners and supporters.  The leadership within LiUNA understand the critical mission of providing our young adults with the opportunity of starting a great career in the vocational trades.  The P.A.V.E. program was founded with the desire to ensure that ALL young adults have this opportunity, even if they may not have the financial means to become an apprentice in once of the vocational trades.  With LiUNA’s guidance and assistance, the PacWest P.A.V.E. organization has a great foundational partner and we are ready to fulfill our mission to bridge the gap in those underserved communities.

NorCal Terence J. O'Sullivan Laborers Training Center

PacWest P.A.V.E. is very proud to have a partnership with the Northern California Terence J. O’Sullivan Laborers Training Center who helps to provide all of our P.A.V.E. training cohorts with excellent qualified vocational trainers.  As another one of our primary partners and supporters of the P.A.V.E. program, the trainers are able to provide critical pre-apprenticeship training using the age-old method of teaching new workers the construction craft. P.A.V.E. uses the Multi-Craft Core (MC3) curriculum approved by the National Building Trades that gives participants a leg up in understanding the crafts, gaining safety certificates, and being able to prepare for a successful apprenticeship.  With this crucial training, the PacWest P.A.V.E. organization is able to fulfill our primary mission to provice opportunities for underserved young adults wishing to work for a fulfilling career in the vocational trades.
