PacWest P.A.V.E. is dedicated to providing pre-apprenticeship vocational training programs to qualified low-income young adults seeking assistance with starting a skilled trade career.
Our mission is to bridge the gap between unemployment and an opportunity to apprentice at a skilled trade career, ensuring that every participant has the opportunity to succeed.
PacWest P.A.V.E. currently partners with skilled labor training centers to provide a useful curriculum including, MC3, OSHA, First Aid and other employment certifications within the pre-apprenticeship training course. Our goal is to offer this training at no cost to the participants, thereby removing financial barriers and fostering a more inclusive workforce. Through our efforts, we strive to create a sustainable impact on the communities we serve.
